We ship to Canada and the United States primarily using Canada Post and Fedex for delivery.
Shipping is a $15 Flat Rate in Canada and $25 Flat Rate to the U.S.
We will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
We sell online only and can’t offer in-store pickup.

Our Return Policy
All returns or refunds are to be made within 14 days of receiving order.
All returns must be in original condition with tags intact.
You will not be reimbursed for shipping.
Your credit card will be credited upon receipt and verification of puppets.
If item is damaged, please email us immediately so that we may fill out a postal insurance form.
